Cowen Group buying Dahlman Rose & Co.

Boutique investment bank Cowen Group Inc. late Friday reached a deal to buy Dahlman Rose & Co., a privately owned financial institution that specializes in metals, mining, oil and gas, transportation, chemicals and agriculture sectors.
